Booking information

From request to confirmation

Complete the trip details, choose a vehicle, enter passenger contact details and review your request. Submitting creates a DTX reference in this Site’s booking system. It is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Our team checks availability and confirms the vehicle, fare and arrangements separately in writing.

The information that matters

Use full pickup and destination addresses, local travel dates and times, a reachable phone number and the complete luggage list. For arrivals, include the flight number. Discuss child seats, pet carriers, mobility needs, oversized equipment and any additional stops with the team before confirmation.

Fares and supplements

Published Zurich–Davos fares are per vehicle and one way. Other routes follow the rules on our prices page. Requested child seats cost CHF 15 each per booking. Return pickups from 00:00 to 05:59 Europe/Zurich add 20% to the return fare only. Hourly chauffeur requests have a minimum of eight hours. If an exact driving distance cannot be verified, the team provides a personal quotation.

Payment and changes

The form records a payment preference; it does not charge a card. Any deposit and the remaining payment arrangements are agreed with your quotation. Contact the team promptly if your journey changes. The specific waiting, amendment and cancellation terms in your written offer apply.

Records

Guest requests remain available on the same browser. A customer account provides access to its own requests and available invoice records. Keep your DTX reference when contacting the team.
