What the website stores

Requests can include names, contact details, travel dates, flight numbers, pickup and destination addresses, passengers, luggage and relevant requirements. Avoid passport numbers, full payment-card details and unrelated sensitive information. Guest session cookies and customer accounts control access to saved records. If you choose to remember contact details on your device, the browser stores them locally.

Services used

Hosted infrastructure stores and processes requests. The email provider processes configured booking notifications. Opening chat loads Tidio; chat content and connection data are handled by that provider. WhatsApp opens an external service. Where configured, address and road-route services process the location information needed to calculate journeys. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

Access and retention

Authorized staff use the records for service administration. Necessary journey details may be shared with the assigned transport provider. We retain information needed for operations and recordkeeping and review requests to access, correct or remove it, subject to applicable obligations. Customer accounts only expose the records associated with that account.
